Modifications / Enhancements
This release contains the following features/bug fixing
PMS => Guest Self Service module to access contactless features of booking, check-in, check-out including digital payments
Once this module/feature is enabled by System Admin, system will automatic ally send a self-service link with each reservation confirmation, and pre arrival letter.
Guest Self Service: This contactless web app also now has a feedback and service rating solution, once guest checks in, he or she can now provide feedback during stay or post checkout.
Sentiment Dashboard within PMS now will display overall rating which will include the guest rating on web app.
Pre Check-in Verification: A new screen has been introduced in mycloud PMS, user can access this from main menu bar. This option is called Guest self-services and is listed under front desk menu
Now users can easily access a list of guests who have completed Pre-Check-in process, hotel users can verify all information along with documents attached by the guest. Users can either accept or reject Pre Check-in/Registration along with remarks, this will send a message to the guest of success or failure along with mentioned remarks.
