PMS: Redesigned Current House Position
Our Current House position screen plays a major role when it comes to understanding your property statistics, occupancy, ARR, etc. Based on feedback and popular requests from our clients we are in process of redesigning the current house position screen and report.
PMS: Enhanced FORNOVA Interface
FornovaRl exports all PMS data in real-time and creates reports at a button click, allowing hoteliers to improve profitability and drive more direct bookings. Option to have enhanced reservation and profile synchronization.
POS: Introduced Option to Merge POS Checks
New merge check option is now available, using this option two open checks can be merged to have a single check. When checks are merged all items of the check will be transferred to second check leaving the first check voided.
PMS: Introduced Payment Confirmation SMS Option
A new option to automatically send payment received acknowledgment SMS to guests mobile number whenever payment is collected.
PMS: Introduced Passport Scanner Interface
Samsotech is a leading global developer and supplier of innovative IT solutions to a variety of industries. Samsotech VICAS (Visitor Identification Capture & Archiving System) currently used in 90+ countries, meets the hotel requirements. mycloud’s new interface with document scanner allows hotel users to scan passport and get all relevant details populated digitally in the PMS.
POS: Introduced Two New MIS Reports
Two new reports Sales Details and Sales Details (Employee Checks) is now available in the MIS section of mycloud Point of sales.
